Your New Role

We're searching for a Superintendent with Commercial Construction experience to lead a top-tier team in delivering high-quality, innovative projects. If you have a proven track record in commercial construction and are ready to elevate your career, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Train & guide the field team, building strong relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, and clients. Construction Methods: Implement innovative techniques while ensuring compliance with contracts & codes. Site Management: Keep site dimensions, controls, and utilities accurate while maintaining permits & inspections. Quality Control: Develop & oversee quality control plans, ensuring flawless execution. Safety First: Conduct orientations, review safety plans, and prioritize workplace safety. Project Scheduling: Create & manage project timelines, mitigating potential delays. Procurement: Oversee subcontractor selection & ensure completescope coverage. Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges early & implement proactive solutions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Valid Driver’s License 10+ years' experience in commercial construction with projects valued at $15M+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent Procore experience Certifications: OSHA 30-hour, CPR, & First Aid Deep understanding of construction operations & self-perform tasks Strong communication & negotiation skills Dedicated, motivated, and confident leader
