Construction Superintendent

Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities and lead field personnel to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes
• Coordinate daily subcontractor activities and deliveries to maintain schedules
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors
• Monitor progress and resolve issues that arise in the field
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including logs, reports, and inspection records

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on commercial or residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites
• Tech-savvy and familiar with project management software and site documentation tools
