Job Description Manage on-site construction activities and lead field personnel to meet project goals Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes Coordinate daily subcontractor activities and deliveries to maintain schedules Communicate regularly with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors Monitor progress and resolve issues that arise in the field Maintain accurate site documentation, including logs, reports, and inspection records MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
