Job Description

Manage all field operations on healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with infection control and regulatory standards. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite activities to maintain schedule and safety. Liaise with hospital facilities teams, inspectors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflows in occupied or critical care settings. Monitor quality control, manage RFIs, and resolve issues in real-time to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including significant work in active healthcare environments. They possess strong knowledge of infection control, hospital protocols, and healthcare-specific construction requirements, along with excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
