Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise trade contractors and site activities to ensure quality and timely project completion.
• Maintain daily logs, job meeting minutes, as-built documents, and close-out records.
• Address and resolve construction challenges, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
• Implement and uphold quality control and safety procedures.

The Successful Applicant

• 3-7 years of superintendent experience with NYC general contractors (commercial interiors experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $1M to $25M in scope.
• Familiarity with Procore.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
