Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry, with a proven track record in commerical and/or multifamily projects Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, quality control, and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
