Job Description

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in the successful execution of K-12 construction projects, overseeing the process from preconstruction through final completion. This individual works closely with school district representatives, architects, and field teams to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring that all work aligns with educational facility standards and safety requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating project planning, monitoring progress against milestones, managing change orders and RFIs, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.
