What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Adapt innovative solutions to the construction industry to minimize customer losses and improve sustainability - Leverage risk engineering tools and services for managing customer risk and accounts - Deliver high-quality consultative services, identifying exposures and risk control gaps - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners - Conduct loss investigations and implement risk improvement programs

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations, or High School Diploma with 8 or more years of experience in the same fields - Experience working in a team environment - Strong knowledge of construction safety and associated risks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IOS platforms - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with large commercial construction projects, particularly in industrial, medical, and educational sectors - Professional certifications such as CRIS, ARM, CHST, CSP, ASP, P.E., etc. - Advanced technical writing skills for creating work products - Leadership involvement in extracurricular or community activities - Willingness to embrace company values of integrity, sustainability, and teamwork
