What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage multiple large construction accounts within the region - Adapt innovative risk engineering solutions to minimize customer losses and enhance business resiliency - Provide high-quality consultative services, identifying exposures and risk control gaps - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners - Deliver risk management training and produce advanced presentations for clients

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations, or - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the same fields, or - Zurich Certified Apprentice with an Associate’s degree and 6 or more years of relevant experience - Experience working in a team environment - Valid driver's license subject to a Motor Vehicle record background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Degree in Engineering, Health and Safety, Risk Management, or Construction Management - Experience in Construction Corporate Safety, Project Management, or as a Superintendent - Advanced level knowledge of construction safety, quality management, and associated risks - Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, or CHST - Proficiency in technical writing and high-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and IOS platforms
