Job Description

Direct day-to-day on-site construction activities, including subcontractor supervision, logistics, and sequencing.

Enforce safety standards and site compliance with city regulations and DOB codes.

Ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Serve as the main on-site liaison between field staff, project managers, inspectors, and clients.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of superintendent experience in New York City, with deep knowledge of local building codes, jobsite safety, and high-density construction practices.
