Qualifications 7-10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years at MBB firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Proven success managing complex, cross-functional operations in dynamic environments. Expertise in areas such as regulatory compliance, facility development, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations. Strong analytical skills and autonomous execution capabilities. Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel approximately one week per month. Proficiency with AI tools for operational optimization.
